Proposal & Prototype Viewing

We prepare a site plan, assembly program, and formal proposal, guiding you through each step of the process. You’re also invited to our HQ to explore a physical prototype. This is where our journey officially begins!

Permit Application & Foundation Work

Our experienced team handles the permit application process for you. Upon approval, our project managers oversee the installation of foundations and utilities for a seamless execution.

Installation

We begin the installation of your modular home. With minimal disruption using quiet methods and no heavy machinery, our bonded construction manager meticulously oversees the assembly process.
